Blind Assessment: Evaluated as espresso. Sweet, richly nut-toned. Almond brittle, freesia, dried apple, cedar, lemon zest in aroma and small cup. Crisp, satiny mouthfeel; gently drying, wood-framed finish. In three parts milk, nut tones are amplified, supported by a hint of freesia-like flowers.

盲測：以濃縮咖啡測評。香甜，濃郁的堅果調。香氣帶有杏仁脆餅乾，小蒼蘭，蘋果乾，雪松，檸檬皮。口感爽脆清爽、柔滑。加入3倍容量的熱牛奶飲用時，堅果調被放大，並帶有一絲小蒼蘭的味道。
