It was a real dream I had, living in a mysterious café hidden beneath the ground level.
When people open the first door and walk down, they are escaping the hustle and bustle at the same time. Opening the second door, people will be greeted by a landscape that is different from the busy traffic, where people with the same frequency gather.
There is a ㄇ-shaped bar made of serpentine and wood. I will be standing in the center of the bar in a white shirt with rolled up sleeves.
While I am making coffee, I chat with the people around me. On the other side of the sofa area, there are guests with laptops. They are either working or focusing on reading. They are willing to share the table, even if they don’t know each other.
There's a roaster in a small room that you can vaguely see through the glass, and that's where the coffee you're drinking comes from.
On the display shelf, there are some coffee beans for sale. Hooks can be seen on some walls, mainly for hanging coats and hats. The design of music and lighting can make guests feel a little relaxed.
All of these interesting environment, people and things are in my dreams.
This space will be the physical appearance of my memory, you can also think they are all from my dreams.

Out of Fashion Boston Cream Pie, Kyoto Ichibodo Hojicha Pudding, handmade toast, seemingly simple and unpretentious but full of our hearts and sincerity.
